Engineered for Tactical Evacuation

Every feature designed for the demands of combat casualty care

8-Layer THERMARMOUR® Xtreme

Multi-layer insulation system providing superior thermal protection — proven in extreme operational conditions from −40 °C to high-altitude environments.

Deploy in Seconds

Quick-release dry compression bag allows full deployment in under 10 seconds. Designed for combat CASEVAC where every second counts.

Ultra-Lightweight: 2.5 kg

The lightest system in its class. Reduced pack weight without compromising on thermal performance or structural integrity under patient load.

8 Side Rescue Handles

Distributed handle system allows multi-person evacuation without requiring a stretcher. Rated and tested to a 460 kg load capacity.

Integrated MARCH Checklist™

Built-in Tactical Combat Casualty Care protocol checklist ensures systematic treatment workflow directly on the bag in high-stress scenarios.

Waterproof Outer Shell

Fully waterproof, windproof outer layer protects against rain, spray, and wet environments. Sealed seams throughout. Field-washable inner lining.

IV / Monitoring Access

Dedicated access ports for intravenous administration and vital signs monitoring allow continued medical care without exposing the patient to cold.

Cross-Hatch Rescue Webbing

Heavy-duty structural webbing base distributes load evenly, enabling safe extraction over rough terrain, through doorways, and via helicopter.

NATO-Compatible Accessories

Fully compatible with NATO-standard MOLLE and PALS webbing systems. Integrates with standard military equipment and casevac kits.

Designed for the Field. Trusted in Combat.

THE AGILE™ is the next generation of medTec Systems' tactical hypothermia management technology. Based on years of operational feedback from military medics, pararescue teams, and CASEVAC units, every aspect of the design has been refined for real-world combat scenarios.

The result is a hypothermia evacuation bag that is simultaneously lighter, faster to deploy, and more capable than anything previously available — without any compromise in thermal protection performance.

THE AGILE in field use

THERMARMOUR® Xtreme Technology

The THERMARMOUR® Xtreme system is medTec Systems' proprietary 8-layer insulation architecture. Each layer plays a specific role in preventing heat loss — from the reflective thermal barrier to the moisture-wicking comfort layer — creating a complete normothermia management solution.

1
Outer Shell
Waterproof, windproof, abrasion-resistant nylon
2
Wind Barrier
Microporous membrane blocking convective heat loss
3
Insulation Core A
High-loft synthetic fibre primary insulation
4
Radiant Barrier
Aluminised film reflecting body radiant heat
5
Insulation Core B
Secondary insulation for redundant thermal buffering
6
Vapour Control
Moisture management layer preventing condensation build-up
7
Comfort Spacer
3D spacer fabric maintaining airflow at skin surface
8
Inner Lining
Antimicrobial, field-washable medical-grade inner liner

Normothermia Maintenance

THE AGILE™ is designed not merely to slow heat loss, but to actively maintain core body temperature within the normal 36.5–37.5 °C range — even in environments down to −40 °C when combined with a survival blanket underlayer.

Continued Care Access

Dedicated IV ports, monitoring cable channels, and a full-access head panel allow medical personnel to continue treatment and monitoring without exposing the casualty to environmental cold during evacuation.

Structural Integrity

The cross-hatch rescue webbing base is independently tested to 460 kg. Reinforced seams and double-stitched handle attachment points ensure safe evacuation over rough terrain, rubble, and during helicopter hoisting operations.

Tested & Certified

THE AGILE™ meets European field operations standards and has been evaluated in collaboration with military medical units. THERMARMOUR® Xtreme fabric is certified to relevant textile and medical device safety standards.

THE AGILE™ is engineered to the tightest tolerances. All measurements are nominal values under standard conditions. Contact us for detailed technical documentation and NATO stock number information.
