Combat-Ready Normothermia — Built for the Most Demanding Environments on Earth.
THE AGILE™ combines the proven THERMARMOUR® Xtreme insulation system with a fully redesigned tactical form factor. Ultra-lightweight at just 2.5 kg, it packs into a dry compression bag and deploys in seconds — delivering immediate, effective protection against hypothermia in any operational scenario.
Every feature designed for the demands of combat casualty care
Multi-layer insulation system providing superior thermal protection — proven in extreme operational conditions from −40 °C to high-altitude environments.
Quick-release dry compression bag allows full deployment in under 10 seconds. Designed for combat CASEVAC where every second counts.
The lightest system in its class. Reduced pack weight without compromising on thermal performance or structural integrity under patient load.
Distributed handle system allows multi-person evacuation without requiring a stretcher. Rated and tested to a 460 kg load capacity.
Built-in Tactical Combat Casualty Care protocol checklist ensures systematic treatment workflow directly on the bag in high-stress scenarios.
Fully waterproof, windproof outer layer protects against rain, spray, and wet environments. Sealed seams throughout. Field-washable inner lining.
Dedicated access ports for intravenous administration and vital signs monitoring allow continued medical care without exposing the patient to cold.
Heavy-duty structural webbing base distributes load evenly, enabling safe extraction over rough terrain, through doorways, and via helicopter.
Fully compatible with NATO-standard MOLLE and PALS webbing systems. Integrates with standard military equipment and casevac kits.
THE AGILE™ is the next generation of medTec Systems' tactical hypothermia management technology. Based on years of operational feedback from military medics, pararescue teams, and CASEVAC units, every aspect of the design has been refined for real-world combat scenarios.
The result is a hypothermia evacuation bag that is simultaneously lighter, faster to deploy, and more capable than anything previously available — without any compromise in thermal protection performance.
THE AGILE™ is distributed in Europe through DIAPRAX — medTec Systems' certified partner for tactical medical equipment. Contact us for procurement information, bulk orders, and demo requests.
The THERMARMOUR® Xtreme system is medTec Systems' proprietary 8-layer insulation architecture. Each layer plays a specific role in preventing heat loss — from the reflective thermal barrier to the moisture-wicking comfort layer — creating a complete normothermia management solution.
THE AGILE™ is designed not merely to slow heat loss, but to actively maintain core body temperature within the normal 36.5–37.5 °C range — even in environments down to −40 °C when combined with a survival blanket underlayer.
Dedicated IV ports, monitoring cable channels, and a full-access head panel allow medical personnel to continue treatment and monitoring without exposing the casualty to environmental cold during evacuation.
The cross-hatch rescue webbing base is independently tested to 460 kg. Reinforced seams and double-stitched handle attachment points ensure safe evacuation over rough terrain, rubble, and during helicopter hoisting operations.
THE AGILE™ meets European field operations standards and has been evaluated in collaboration with military medical units. THERMARMOUR® Xtreme fabric is certified to relevant textile and medical device safety standards.
THE AGILE™ is engineered to the tightest tolerances. All measurements are nominal values under standard conditions. Contact us for detailed technical documentation and NATO stock number information.

THE AGILE™ features the integrated MARCH Checklist™, printed directly on the bag for immediate reference. This ensures systematic Tactical Combat Casualty Care in high-stress, time-critical scenarios without relying on memory.
Pull the release tab to open the compression bag. THE AGILE™ deploys immediately — no unfolding sequence required.
Place the bag flat, outer shell down. The cross-hatch webbing base provides a stable platform on any terrain surface.
Open both bilateral zippers fully. Transfer the casualty supine into the bag. Zippers close from both ends for rapid sealing.
Thread IV lines through the dedicated ports. Route monitoring cables through the cable channels. Access the airway panel if required.
Work through the integrated MARCH Checklist™ printed on the bag. Confirm all critical interventions are complete before movement.
Assign personnel to the 8 side rescue handles. The bag can be used directly as a improvised stretcher — no additional equipment required.
THE AGILE™ ships as a complete, ready-to-deploy system. No additional components required. Every item is packed and secured in the dry compression bag, designed for immediate readiness in any operational environment.
